I dont have a gym membership but i have dumbbells and a benchset and everything. I get alot of leg excercise as it is.. I dont think ill need to work them out as much

So if yall could give me some suggestions on how to go about doing this that would be cool.

hey welcome and as for the the leg thing yes you have to work them as they will be the foundation for everything, i dont care if ur climbing the empire state buildings stairway 8 times a day with a 100lb back pack u still need to work legs to build ur upper body

personaly i think its great to start thin and work up as you can pack it on nice and lean and nice and slow, as for eating try atleast 1.5 grams of protien per lb of body weight so were talking about getting about 277 grams of protien per day, try to lay off sugar carbs and eating fat is ok if you keep it under say 60 grams a day hard to say realy but dont eat sugar, use the fat for energy not sugar, ur matabolism is probably great as it is beings ur young and skinny but still try to consume atleast 4 meals a day and eat your ass off each meal man, no need to use gear at 19yrs old either, use creatine, glutamine, amino accids and a good source of protein what else ? oh your training, try to hit one body part per day maybe 2 if the second body part is arms, or something, calves and abs drill out every workout,

if i were you I would make squats and deads my staple exercise bro, dont get caught up in heavy weight to the point of bad form, go as heavy as humanly possible for urself but using proper form with pauses and visualize each bodypart as your doing each exercise, ur at a great age with alot to look forward to and this site will help you learn how to not only do things properly but more importantly learn how to make less mistakes.

WHAT? You came to our board asking for help. You got a great answer right away and then you break out with "yall suck". That's not how we do things on this board.
