Surgery date

In case anyone is wondering....(and just to get an extra post in...lol).
I am going thru with the surgery. I am scheduled for Feb. 13th. Yup, a quiet Valentine's Day for me this year.
And yes, as my mother-in-law tells me, it is a Friday & she will try not to be superstisious. (and I will buy myself a dictionary)

Good luck....You should be recovered in no time!

Don't try to get back into the gym too quickly. I had an apendectomy a couple of years ago and I got back into the gym within 3-4 weeks of my surgery....big mistake. I ended up stretching the scar out and I believe I ripped internal stitches as there is now terrible scar tissue under my incision.
