Ok the USAs this year will be FRI (pre judging)and SAT (finals) I am hoping to see my partner curtis get batter than 3rd. Tonight we were talking about how he could stay hard for SAT show. I am thinking of a plan like this seeing how he is allways the hardest in the mornning. With both shows starting at 6PM would this work>?

Thursday - 50mg aladactone Stay up all night pushing water cutting off around 7-8AM firday mornning take 50mg aladactoneand het the bed.

Sleep all day Firday (say 8AM-3PM) getting up so you have just enough time to eat some carbs (It dosent take much for him to fill out)and take duretics if NEEDED before you have to check in.

After he comes off stage around 7PM FRI night get something to eat and take 50mg aladactone and start pushing water all night FRI night to 7-8AM SAT mornning take aladactone hit the bed. sleep all day SAT wake up eat some carbs and should be hard again for finals.

I am not expert but I dont see why this would work.

But I might be worng.

That one you'd definitely want to try out. I would be concerned that the sleeping pattern shift would make him feel like shit, and that he'd risk holding water due to cortisol release from the stress of trying to pull a swing shift with his circadian rhythms...

Big R beat me to it.... again. hehe

I agree 100% BUT I would wonder if using cytadren would take care of keeping him dry with the added stress. Does he use cytadren or would he be willing to use it?

Also, I would be leary of him finishing in the top 3 if he is using diuretics. As far as I know, they are still testing at both the Nationals and the USAs for diuretic use. I am thinking, preliminarily that if he or anyone else has a pretty firm hold on controlling their water, diuretics won't be needed at all if using cytadren. I am considering this very scenario for my own prep.

What do you guys know about this?

yep

i have talke to a bucnch that use the cytredan like dick im mean skip mentioned! LOL.... anyway im going that route for the north americans

well he placed 3rd this year and they didnt test any of them. I know he has use cytardren in the past and I am sure he would use what every it took.

The problem last year was making weight. Its battle to get under 198 and last time they just gave him a LB to make weight. (after trying 4 times) the guy just dosent hold any BF all year and could walk in just about any show at 230 and win. allways hard and never holding any water.

the problem with last year was he started to smooth out SAT. But he didnt drink much water after FRI show. I think the smoothing problem was do to lasix I told him not to take it but it was the only way to get him under 198.

I told him he is on a roll. he won the over all at the alantic states then 3rd at the nationals so he shouldnt change a things for the USAs just figure out to start hard thought sat night.

I was unaware that they have not been testing. Are they SAYING that they are testing but simply aren't??

DPtwat: you be nice, bro. :D

I still wonder if you think I crapped on you and simply cut you out but I am telling you, bro, I really didn't - even though it may have looked that way.
