It was a sitcom back in the late 80's I think. It was about a girl who was a robot. I think they called her "Vicky"

Can anyone name this show? I would be in your debt forever.

sorry guys but as i remember small wonder was about a girl who was a alien and she could put her index fingers together and pause time, she wasnt a robot, and her dad was some kind of spritual being
