Thanks, everybody. i appreciate the warm welcomes! i shamefully admit...the boobs just aren't there...but my legs make up for it! Yeah, Centaur works out at my gym and he gives me a lot of good advice. So, I am a Mom of 3 (they are 8,6,and 3), 33 years old, love weights and cardio...and i am in the process of recertifiying to teach aerobics again. I look forward to the "chats"...thanks again for all the responses!
