what do you do when your so depleted you cant do chest with 25% of your normal poundage? After my 4:30 am trainin session I have nothing left for my 7pm session......It's REALLY BAD!
I dont know how Im going to continue this....

You can... everything you do your successful ... dont let things bother you. You have worked to hard to not reep the rewards of all your accomplishments. Everything you touch turns to gold. You are strong. look how far you've come.Never give up...Today is another day...Just draw on your grit its easy to quit its keeping your chin up thats hard. Your a winner dont let anything get to you.

Sweat,

I always decrease my training VOLUME when dieting, but not intensity. Consider that. Also, the stronger and bigger I've become, the less volume I can handle and the more is needs to be adjusted downwards when dieting.

From what I've gathered you're much bigger now that in the past and maybe a bit older?... Train your ASS OFF, but also don't train like a butthead. LOL

Definetly decrease the volume, but you could also look at what you are eating. What is your current diet like? That sometimes is the major problem when you can't seem to find that extra bit of strength you are used too.

Are you currently dieting? If so what is your carb/fat intake like?

My volume is definetly decreased, as well as my strength. At present Im at 400gPro 175gCarb 65gfat >2880cals
Last time I weighed I was 258lbs with 16 weeks to my warm up and another 9-15weeks to a Level V National Qualifing show. My cardio is 20minX 2 sessions my training is M-T TH-FRI
And yes Randy I am geting pretty Damn old! Thanx for the reminder!

I cycle my carbs, Mon & Thurs 200-250g, Tues & Fri 150-200g, Wed & Sat -100g, Sun go by how I feel, if depleted I keep them high otherwise I keep them low. btw, I train Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri.....see the correlation? ;)

WOW it really is a small world!

I seem to unintentionally cycle my carbs
Usually startin off higher on sunday and ending up lower on Sat. But not by much.
I do nee to fine tune this, although the weight is coming off fine. Thanx for the input

Here is a helpful trick bro, maybe this will help too. Instead of uping the carb intake try eating a high glycemic piece of fruit before your workouts.

I have done this with great success.
#0 minutes before workout eat a apple, grapes, strawberries or other high glycemic fruit. this will work like this.

An increase of the fruit sugar will spike the insulin levels, in turn giving a greater out put of energy, use that first enbergy for high max reps and the rest of your depleted energy will be able to be used at the end.

I have done this after talking with Claude Groulx at a show.
Try it.
