I don't know how people eat thier stakes med-r....it just loses all of that flavor...i guess if you're marinating the hell out of it the it could be ok...but i like the blood....>HOWL

Medium rare is how I usaully order it keeping in mind that most restaraunts will under cook it. Prime rib always rare.
