I just thought I'd introduce myself, I was lurking for a few days before I decided to join ~ Anyway, I'm just getting back into the gym again after a very bad motorcycle accident. I'm so sad cause I was just about to enter The Florida State about a month before it happened. Bummer ~ oh well.
