HIIT training update

this may be the wrong forum but I wanted to give you all an update to the HIIT trianing that I started 3 weeks ago. First of all let me say it is TORTURE. Even though it only last a short time ( I am up to 10 min total now) I leave the gym almost puking and very ill feeling. On the bright side I have lot 5 # in 3 weeks while at the same time increasing my calorie count. Amazing. I wanted to try this 3 years ago but it hurt to much so I quit. It really sucks to do it but I am impressed witht the results.
