hello guys, my name is luke wood. iam a pro bodybuilder from australia. iam competing in the australian grand prix in 5 days time! i am very confident i will be at my best condition. the show is going to be the hardest show i have done, with guys like, king kamali, craig titus, chris cormier, dexter jackson, jonny jackson, markus ruhl and ronny rockell. there are aboyut 15 competitors but iam excited this is my 4th time doing the show and i want to be to be hear to see where iam at. i placed 10th in 2001, 7th in 2002 and 6th last year. iam doing the "shitload" for this show. any pointer you guys can give would be much appreciated. i have just started e-mailing skip and already he has been a huge help.
