Hello all!! I'm here once in a while. I have been real busy with work, family and I'm currently taking a graduate course...plus training...it takes up all of my time....my time is limited. I wish I could be on more though.

So how is everyone??

All is well here - Fly we need to show the line of fitness clothing my wife is now rep'in - they are all you - baby!!!

she is in great shape right now to! not show ripped shape but more of fitness figure shape, for now anyhow, but looking very good
