collection agencies

I got some collection agencies after me for some medical bills I owe. I can't afford to pay them now, but i'll pay them off after I graduate. If I want to put a little bit of money in the bank right now are they allowed to take it out of my account?

hey send them a few bucks a month like $5 and they cant do anything further like ruin your credit and shit and if they do you can sue. they cant refuse payment of any type so its in your favor your making an attempt.
also maybe in a few months make the payment bigger and accidently put "payment in full" on it and see if they cash it if they do its paid off, if they send it back simply re-do it and send a smaller payment.lol
just tricks to do to keep your credit good but still keep them off your back..good luck and have fun.

if they take it to court they can go after your assets and garnish wages. best thing is to just send some money here and there like the guys above said. this will show you are at least trying to do something and they might even report you've made payments to the credit bureau.
