geeeesh we had like 300-400 atleast new signups this week alone, i cant keep up with all of u, though u need to post more, the board is busy which is good, many good bros i see here answering and helping out, thank you

i'm looking to go spend a few months in London summer of 2005 on a work visa. they set you up in a pub and give you a place to live and such. my girlfreind and i are going. i've been looking to hook up with a rugby club for a few games while i'm up there too.

People have to remember that although its a bodybuilding board there are sections to talk about absolutely anything and everthing, so come one peeps think of something interesting or something that makes your blood boild or something funny.

<p align="left">I'm new here but have been around other boards for some time. I quit Elite years ago when they turned into dumb asses over there. lol I was on gotfina.com until they shut it down. Though not a regular poster. Mainly Animalkits is where I hang. But this place seems pretty cool so far. It's refreshing to see a board where you can say something without getting torn to shreds by trolls. Anyway, I'm from San Antonio, TX but am currently living in Arkansas.</p>
