Hi Everyone,,
Just a short note to thanks the owners / moderators for and awsmoe board and doing a great job, as well as intorduce myself to the board, I am Andrew from South Africa, been training seriously from September last year with the goal of compeating probally next year I am currently 95 kgs that 211 pounds and 14% B/F I am 5.10 in height and well getting there I guess,,,
once again thanks for a great board hope to learn alot and grow grow grow !!!
