new to equipoise

I am a 5'3 , 180, 22yr old female whos trying to loose weight and gain muscle. I tried winstrol and had no luck with that. I just started 300 mg of Equipoise a week. This seemed a little high to me but i was assured that it was a "SAFE" dose,, andyone have any input on this? After my first dose i felt great and had much better endurance than before allowing me to work longer and in one week i lost a total of 11 pounds but i did have a neverending headache. Is the headache from such a high dose of the EQ?

it is simply rediculous for you to be on 300mg of eq a week, this is not directd as an attack on you or at you but rather the genius who told you to take this shit, what you need to do is take a thermogenic 3 times daily, and tweak ur diet and cardio/workout routines, steroids are simply not meant to help anyone lose weight...by no stretch of the imagination

I have to agree here 150%, you should not be taking this at all, go with the thermo, and strict diet, cardio will be key here also, but your diet is most important, You should also train with weights to build muscle mass, the more muscle the easier it is to burn fat, but adding eq to the mix will not help you with your goals. Also EQ takes 3 weeks to start to see any results so I dont know how you lost 11 lbs in a weeks time but it was not the eq, so i would say keep doing what you did to drop the 11 lbs and stop the EQ.
 
o-k im new at this,, what is a thermo? and i was told that EQ is used for loosing body fat, so what is it really used for and what is the normal dose?

dang thats a lot of EQ, i was running 500mg a week this cycle

stick to clen and lay off that much anabolics
 
My #1 question would be where did you get EQ if you don't even know what it is or is used for?

I'm not being critical it's just that that someone should be looking out for you interest. At this point EQ has no place in your routine.

Dieting and getting ready for Competition
Competition dieting is rather an individual matter as far as success goes. Generally, if one is in a calorie deficit, while maintaing a very high protein content and taking anabolics, that person will lose minimal muscle if any at all while losing a great deal of bodyfat.
Add to that combo fat burning aids, and one can achieve stage shape very quickly.

Below is a standard formula that I used succesfully on many people. It is designed to make one in competition shape in extreme time. The biggest change so far has been one person that went from 21% to 4% bodyfat in the 9 weeks of the preparation.


DIET - Weeks 9 & 8

06.00 am training

08.00 12 egg whites, 1 apple, protein shake

10.00 100g rice, 1 apple, protein shake

12.00 red meat, salad (tomato, lettuce, cucumber), protein shake with 10g flax seed oil

14.00 100g bread, 1 apple, protein shake

16.00 tuna or chicken or fish, protein shake

18.00 100g maltodextrin, 1 apple

18.30 pm training

20.30 chicken or turkey or fish, salad, protein shake

21.30 run (20 - 30) minutes


This diet is to be followed Monday to Saturday. On Sunday, as many carbs as desired are allowed.
Training is performed Mon to Sat with Sun off. Running is performed every night.

This diet is the diet for the weeks 9 and 8, competition being at end of week 1. The times on the diet are
as an example and they should be modified to suit ones needs.
However, DO NOT miss meals and DO NOT swap them
around!!!
The aim here is to only have the amount of carbs
outlined on the diet. Fat is absolutelly minimal.
Protein is at maximum. On this diet, you should never
feel hungry. If you do, eat more protein.

After 2 weeks of this diet, you will drop the
maltodextrin carb meal. Two weeks later, you will drop
the bread carb meal. Two weeks after that, you will
drop the rice meal. That will leave you 2 weeks on
virtually no carbs. Don't worry, by then, the body is
used to using fat for energy, so you won't have any
problems. The hardest days will be the first week of
your diet, until you will get used to using fat for
energy.

When you drop a carb meal, replace it with a protein
meal.

On the weekends, you can have as many carbs as you
wish, but they have to be CLEAN carbs, so no
McDonalds!

The last week, will be a full on carb week while you adjust your water levels. I will detail that in another article.

This is the training set-up:

This is a very intense program. It's designed to give
maximum fat loss in minimal time with no muscle loss.
It is VERY time consuming, but it's guaranteed to work
and it's only for 9 weeks.


GEAR

Use normal bulking gear until 4 weeks out (test, a-50, d-bol, deca, etc).
4 weeks out switch the test to test propionate or suspension. Drop the Deca/EQ, etc. Add primobolan, tren, winny, etc.
One week out, only use tren, masteron, suspension, primo tabs, winny.

Use GH throughout - as much as you can afford. No
insulin.

Use Arimidex or Nolvadex every day as desired. To keep
your testes at a normal size, either use HCG every 4th
week (2,000IU on Mon, Wed, Fri) or 50mg EOD of Clomid
throughout the whole thing. Don't use these for the last 4 weeks before the show though.

Cutting compounds: Use a good ECA product like SyntheBURN twice a day, every day. Use Clenbuterol at 80mcg/day for the first week.
Increase it to 160mcg/d for the second week. The third week you
add 25mcg/d T3. You add another 25mcg/d every week
following that, until you reach 150mcg/d. You stay on
that until the end of the diet. You stay on
Clenbuterol thoughout as well. Yes, you will be
racing! But you will not loose any muscle, so do
not worry about that (as long as you take your protein
in).

Last week do your diuretics program. That will be outlined in another article. One hour before stage time use Synthelator. It's use is outlined on the board. Use the Search engine.


This program will get you in competition shape pronto while keeping all your size on. If you appear to be losing muscle, eat more protein!

From what I have read you are very new to this, how old are you?? Now who the heck told you to do Equipoise to lose weight??? And how did they get 300 mgs per week???

Please tell us what you are taking, what brand of Equipoise are you using and how are you taking it???

Okay now I will give you the big secret to weight lost.

DIET....TRAINING W/CARDIO....REST....REPEAT....REPEAT....REPEAT

which equates to one word = HARDWORK

You need to get discipline and just by taking a drug will not be your answer. You need to make modifications in your lifestyle and to live under those new rules. Only then will you make changes in your life. Stay healthy and make this a new lifestyle.
 
Well i think the whole point in the EQ was to boost my weight lost,,i started out at 240lbs in nov of last year and now im at 180 and kinda stuck there so i was told to take an injection of EQ 300mg once a week as for exercise,,, i walk/jog 3 miles 5days a week and weight train 5 days a week so theres no prob wth my routine or diet,,,the guy that suggested the EQ and i get it from was mr olyimpia 2 years and has many other titles so i kinda figured he knew what he was talking about
 
So ronnie coleman sold ya some eq, mao, thats just ubsurd, either ur lying or this fool who told u he was mr olympia is lying,

Eq is used to make you harder and more vascular, it is not used for weight lose, however if you have an very low body fat % and you cycle some eq winny and some sort of test you will appear to have cut up some, but in actuality you have hardened up what you already have accomplished from a strict diet and cardio routine along with weight training. Someone in you position would not even see the benifits from EQ, yeah its very very easy on the body but its not worth you takeing at this point in time, To drop 60 lbs in in 6 months is a lot of weight thats 2.5 lbs per weeks, so you obviosly know what you need to do in order to diet down, but have you lowered your calorie intake from Say Dec to now??

If you were eating 1200 cal a day at 240 and you are eating 1200 at 180 you will not lose weight, you need to keep in mind that as the weight goes down so must the calories you take in. Trust us and drop the EQ, please.

List your diet up on this thread for some tweeking. I promise you that you can drop more weight just by lowering your caloric intake.

Are you drinking pleanty of water?? at least a gallon a day...

you know last night i asked him if he won mr olmpia and he said no that he just competed and earlier i tried to find out if i could get a list of who has competed in mr olmpia but i couldnt find it and from what yall are saying about the EQ it makes me wonder if he is a fake,,and somone asked earlier what kind of bottle the EQ was in,, i never saw the bottle he said it comes from mexico and he gave it to me already in the syringe the same thing with the winstrol,, he just gave me pink pills in a ziplock bag and said that he doesnt get them in a bottle. what color is EQ in a syringe and is wintrol pink pills?
 
come on are you kidding me, your takeing stuff from already loaded syringes. There could be anythign in there, you really need to do more research this stuff, you are putting chemicals into your body that someone is giveing you without knowing anything about them, thats just stupid. Thats like takeing a drink from a stranger and not seeing them poor it from the botte. If I were you I would follow the above advice and stop trying to figure out what this Jerk off is giving you. You dont need it anyway.
 
well i trusted him ive known him for about 3 years and hes works as a PT at my gym so i figured he has some kind of credibility. So what does EQ look like in the syrigne,,,the stuff he gave me kinda looked like piss and burned when it went in
 
EQ has never once burned me while going in..it is yellow, but honestly what is the point ...is this guy goign to give you a new syringe twice a week to inject??...you know forget this...i am now done too, this is like beating a dead horse
