WHEN HE REFRESHES THE PAGE AND HIS REPLY IS STILL THE LAST FUCKING REPLY MADE ON THE BOARD,

Yeah when I sit here on weekends and my days off and reply to ppl I refresh every 5-10 min and it pisses me off too to see that no one is in conversation but me.

I think we need to be hittin the weights more instead of playin the "refresh" game...

Ya know your right, but I do hit refresh between sets and reply to ppl, it better than haveing the TV on and trying to watch that between sets all day

I agree It takes a week for anyone to reply to me but then it takes a week for me to reply to anyone..lol

job? shit I work damn near 10 hour days and I havent taken a day off from the gym for over 2 weeks, wich is very rare for me, as i usualy take off weekends, but damn man, lets pick it up

yea for their being so many members on this site, the activeness of it is pretty low. on another board that i post on, a similar situation happened where there was a lot of members, but not alot of posting, so what they mods did was "clean" the board up. they found all the "dead" members who havent made a single post, or made 1 post like 8 months ago, and deleted them all. cleans up the board alot. i know i have 1 name on here that is dead, made it a while back and ended up forgeting it.

i think weekends are slow, weekdays we seem to fill a full page worth of content on main forum, but yes it could be better

just remember... for alot of places around the country.. especially the east cost.. this was the first nice weekend in a LONG time...
