I had good results. Today is my last day of a 5 on/2 off split 4 week cycle at 40mcg per day. I say it is worth it. My goal for the winter was 240lbs. I hit it with no problem, of course I was fat as hell too. lol. Currently I am holding steady at 230 and I had my BF tested last tuesday at 10.3 ( 4 point caliper pinch test) I am holding most of my fat around my stomach still but the diet I have been put on is doing wonders as well. I recomend getting 300-450g of protien a day if you start IGF-1. It brings out the definition. I loved it.
On a side note I hit my teardrop, upper quad and delts on a rotation. It seemed to work well for me. I also used it straight, no dilution.
