Well you all know where I am going with this!
I had my physical friday and my resting bp was 130/96 i had a migraine all day to/
this is the highest i have ever had it.
i am prepping for the show in 5 weeks and removed sugar and saly/sodium out of my diet completely.
now the questions,
1) do you just think its environmental factors doing it? i.e. stress!
2)any otc meds that will help lower it without decreasing libido
3) what gear could cause high bp after cycle?

just looking for opinions here...im curious.

Thats not all that bad. One OTC supp. ive used to control cholesterol/triglycerides and BP during cycles is POLICOSANOL. It's effects are comparable to statin drugs used to control cholesterol/triglyceride levels, but it also has a slight blood thining effect and slightly and safely lowers blood pressure. This is a great supplement to have in the arsenal. 10-20mg daily work wonders. Available at BAC for under $7 for a 2-4 month supply!

I usually would get high BP from EQ, DBOL, test prop/suspension and fina would be the worst.

I was told it was an environmental thing since I am dieting for my contest. Its hard and everything is so hard to stay away from. I had 1 soda (can) and it gave me a headache. Its my changes I have made since then it went down. I have heard that some stuff like prohormones and aas like tren is bad for that.

also taking eca stack to help with the fat loss but that hasnt changed my BP much.
Thanks for the feedback.

Are there any other OTC products that naturally lower blood pressure? I've had normal to borderline blood pressure (fluctuates) ever since I've had to be on test cyp. Since taking Methyl-D and M1,4add, it seems to have gone up. And where do you get this policosanol--at Smiths or Albertsons? I don't think I've seen it before.

You have to remove all the salt and sugar from your diet too bro. Watch your sodium intake as well. I could not find this product myself, but I did try something that did a great job of lowering it. I used GABA for a week when i went to bed at 5 Grams. I slept like a rock and my bp went from 134/96 to 128/70 thats a good difference, plus I am dieting and keeping out the sugar and sodium.
Maybe give it a try, or keep looking for the above mentioned stuff.
The prohormones and test cyp will definately raise it up, I bet your making some good gains on it though.

I am very glad I found out about this policosanol, my pressure needs to be brought into check and i never did anything about it til i started getting shortness of breath, scared me. i checked my BP at the cuff machine in the drugstore. it went up from tren and dbol.

One thing that I learned when having BP taken once was that if your arms are larger than average (chances are that they are...this is why we are here :) ) they have to use the right size cuff to get a good reading. I went in a number of times and a nurse (just out of school) took my bp and it was coming out at 144/90 and higher. I finally ended up with a more experieinced nurse one day who said she needed a large cuff for me. My bp come out to 118/72. This is more the norm for me. She did say if she used the regular cuff its hard to get a good reading and chances are it woudl seem high.

Interesting stuff, bilter. I have continually had the same range of numbers too. Does the technique differ using a large cuff as opposed to the regular one? My doctor's office has an automatic bp reader, and the nurse told me she put a large cuff on it, but I had high readings still. Is it possible for the machine to read bp wrong with a large cuff? I'm starting to wonder if I had an experienced nurse using a large cuff that I would also have lower bp numbers.

Same technique is used, just a larger cuff. I would imagine if your nurse used a large cuff on a bp machine and the readings were high unfortunatly they are probably accurate. :(

I was afraid of that. At least the policosanol has been helping a lot. My numbers have come down a lot since I started using it.
