anyone else have drams where they can actualy think and problem solve in the dream, and wake up with answers to problems they went to sleep with? I know it sounds whacky, but in all my dreams I actualy can think and make decisions, and on many occasions I have woken up with solutions to problems, very odd

i dont really problem solve in my dreams. but when im on the
shit i do have some whacked fuckin dreams. thats only when i sleep, im fuckin wired, up until around 2 last night.

so how many times do u have to flip the pillow because its fucking soaking wet from night sweats!!! i have 3 pillows lined up next to my bed,lol

Never really did problem solving in my dreams, but I do sometimes have what is called a lucid dream. For those who don't know what that is, it is when you become aware that you are dreaming. Once this happens you can control what happens--which is a blast. Typically, a dream in which you fly is a lucid dream--kind of.

yeah thats what im talking about kinda, i know whats going on and decide what kind of shit im doing in my dream, weird

I've been working 12 hour days and when I finally do get to sleep I dream about work, then wake up and have to go back to work, it suuuuuucks

dreams

now that depends on what you think about before you close your eyes... of if your givin shots of something to persue you thinking...does steroids do that...

yea ive had lucid dreams alot, ive actually tried waking myself up in a dream... knowing that im dreaming and want to wake my body up. lol i lay throw water on my face or somethin in my dream, or somethin stupid like that. but dreams can lead to far more amazing things than just ur usual dreams which u cant control.... if anyone is familiar with OBE'S (out of body experiences) and Astral Travel, then u know where im coming from.

I have sleep apnea so remember dreams a lot. I noticed that if I take melatonin and ZMA before bed I don't remember my dream most times. If you have good REM sleep and wake rested you almost never remember your dreams, but if you wake up during REM you remember a lot about your dreams.
