20mg reconstitution

I have a 20mg vial of IGF-1 that i got from CELL SCIENCE before they shut me off.i want to reconstitute it to 1mg/ml and i don't want to screw it up.i was told to simply add 20ml of BA.is this correct?

Adding 20ml will give you a final concetration of 1mg/ml. However, I have never used IGF-1, so I don't know if it is supposed to be reconstituted with BA. If it is for injection, I would image straight BA to be pretty painfull. I would rather use water.
