Thanks, I hardly ever focus on just my traps but when I do usually I shrug for 4x12 for around 130. I'm small though so it isn't gonna take as much to overload my muscles as it would someone bigger.

Anyone have any idea about how much bf% I have? I really have no idea

DO NOT START A CYCLE YET! Wait, you have a good base. You are so young give yourself another 3 years you will be unstoppable!!!! The longer you train naturally the better your cycle will be. At 17 you are still a baby..

Yea i agree wait it out, and get the most of your potential. Also do some research to prepare your self when the right time comes

I was reading around here again. It's been awhile since I have read here and I realized I posted a pic of myself from teh beginning. So I figured I would post up a couple newer ones for reference.

First was at 108 second is at 157....

These gains were over the course of about 13-14 months. Thus far I have been lifting heavy and consuming about 4500 to 5000 calories a day.
