I just wanted to say this board has developed and grown in leaps and bounds since I was here about a year ago. As I read through the posts I am very impressed at the knowledge that pours out.

I recognize a few of you and there are more than a few I don't. As I'm sure is the same with me.

Just know if I can be of any assistance please don't hesitate to ask.

I would like to hang around if that's possible to learn from all of you and hopefully give a little something back in return with my own experiences. I'm no genius by any means but I do spend alot of time trying...lol

Ok so your blonde....not your fault!!! Seriously, you are one of the brightest people in all of the bodybuilding communities that ive ever had the pleasure of conversating with. Sometimes too damn smart.lol

I consider you one of my TRUE and most valued friends.

You can teach plenty of people here a whole lot and no one should underestimate you because your a woman. Guys she knows her shit PERIOD!

I have FEZ cooking my meals and cutting my lawn today.......He says " HOLA MY LOVE"..........I had to put a gag on him to shut him up about u.

rhapsody and i are gonna kick back and watch spongebob while you guys just hang out...cool rhaps.. talk about old times where have you been all this time?

wish some others would come back too, its nice to have a womans knowledge and a little womanly advice then be in all these testosterone filled rooms..lol
