If you could start over again with using aas, what would you do differently? like mistakes you've made, or things you've learned from.

I've been lucky to not make any major mistakes.

I would have had my diet better for my first couple cycles, but that's about it.

For me, i wish someone would have told me not to inject delts every time. i have so much scar tissue there i don't think i'm going to be able to use them anymore.

i wouldn't have used synthol in my delts either, i'm pretty sure i got most of the scar tissue from that sh*t.

i would have done pct after my first cycle, crashed bigtime and almost ended it permanently.

i would have taken my time injecting instead of being in a rush, that's when you do stupid shit like injecting w/ the needle you drew with, or using the same needle twice...

i'm sure there's more but i can't think of any right now.

i don't think you understand the importance of diet until you spend 1000.00 bucks on a cycle that gives you 10lbs because you ate like shit.

Damn..flex..lol
I would have taken my time to find better prices for what i wanted, also to spend the extra money on arimi and letrozole for pcts, nolva just had to use to much and clomid tastes really bad, would have added flavor to my first one.
I stopped using clomid because it tasted so bad! ended a week early bad idea.

and not inject suspension in my calfs...

I would have started with lower doses and My first cycle wouldnt have been drol and test........I would have progressed slowly and steadily and maybe my joints and ligaments wouldnt be fucked.

I would have used PCT for my first cycle, I didnt know about it at the time.

i'm starting to feel that too. my back is getting royally f-ed up from heavy deads.
