Diet Help! Need Weight

Hey Everyone I've asked this before but I'm right now and I need some diet ideas to gain mass, I'm thinking I need to carb load I'm thinking on top of my 4-5 high protein shakes a day during workout, I need to carb load with maybe a large pizza for dinner every night, I'm definitely juiced up so that's not the problem its my diet.

Any Suggestions will be greatly appreciated???
 
Ya know I just try and stuff in as many as possible let me add them up and get back to you in a few. Like I said I pour scoops of wheat flour in my quart shakes 4-6 shakes a day, plus meals.
 
well I added up roughly how many complex carbs I add on a bad day at the min I'm getting 800g of carbs a day, so I think I see my problem, I think I need more, lots more But like I said that's a rough estimate and a worst day scenario
 
How many grams of carbs do you think I should be loading daily on a heavy bulking cycle?

Do you take any flax seed oil? If you add it to your shakes it is easy calories, better than the ones from pizza grease too. As an added bonus it is really good for you.
 
I'm at a loss bro!? at 800 you should be gaining something! The only thing I can think is maybe it's your gear. Crazy that you're not gaining weight. Maybe run a little Anadrol for awhile. I have to default to someone else on this one.............

I'm running LOTS of gear differnt brands differnt sources, so I know its not the gear.
I think I may be a bit androgen insensitive, but at the doses I'm running and the variety in my stack, I'm at a loss it has to be diet or training or something else. I guess all I can do is adjust all the factors untill I see the effects.

No problem Bro! Maybe a couple trips to McDonalds or Burger King for a Whopper might help. Hell do it for a week straight three times a day and see what happens.
 
How long have you been on gear? How long have you been off gear?

I suspect that when on large dosage long cycles the AR up regulates but at the same time possibly desensitizes the AR. Another possibility is that SHBG levels increase leaving less unbound androgens circulating in the body even on super physiological dosages of androgens. Next time I run a long high dosage cycle I will in****orate Proviron into the second half, even though Proviron is a very mild anabolic it very high affinity for SHBG leaving more unbound anabolic in my cycle such as test and tren. Think of it as a Kamikaze sacrificing itself to save the more powerful anabolics. Keep in mind I have never tried this but its sounds good on paper.
 
I would say its related to SHBG levels rather than up-regulation of the AR receptors. (which researchers say doesn't happen)

Higher androgens is directly related to how many binders you'll have in your system. It's the loop feedback system our bodies have to keep us "balanced". Those with already high test levels will already have more binders to start...

Proviron is always a good addition to a cycle and it might help by binding some of the "free" shbg.
 
Estrogen also increases SHBG levels, so high estrogen ontop of the high test will only make SHBG levels worse. Keep estrogen low and add in some proviron. :)
 
Well I usually run 10 week cycles of Test Eth or Cyp, with Deca or EQ, and some orals. then I PCT and take about a month off.

But these were really getting me no where

So now I'm doing a 12+ week of almost 1500 Test eth, 200 EQ, some 200- test prop Eod, with about 30mg dbols before bed.

With no noticeable weight change on the scales???

But I figure at that level and a big time force feed I'm bound to see something.

But ya got to admit I seem somewhat insensitive.
I really at this point think I need a hard core diet and to hard core my training more.

Oh yeah and I'm running Liquidex as my anti-e
 
How much L-dex are you using? The higher your BF the more anti-e's you need because fat is the major source of P-450 enzyme.

I made a big mistake in one of my earlier cycles, I did so we'll that I extended it and went straight into a cutter. Then I just decided not to get off at all because I made such good progress. We'll after about six month the progess came to a quick hault, and around the 8 or 9 month mark I was actually loosing muscle and gaining body fat despite my ever increasing dosages. The gear was good because it was the same exact stuff I was using in the first place. The only thing that I could think of that caused this was my SHBG level increased to the point where it left me with very little free androgens. So I took 5 months off to let all my hormones recover, when I came back on I could make progress again. This is why I now belive cycling is very important, not just for your health but to actually continue to make gains.
 
Oh yes I believe cycling is a must as well, I'm trying to get away with 1/2 a mg a day but on those days when I know I've done allot of aromatizables likes lots of d-bols I'll do 1mg, I don't seem to be sensitive to any gyno symptoms but I have Nolva on hand just incase, Im running between 12-17% BF
