When to stop these supps. before 1st show?

I am currently 4 weeks out from my 1st show and am taking these supplements: Glutamine, BCAA's, Phosphatidyl Serine, Yohimbe caps, Stacker 2, Alcar, Green Tea Extract, and ALA. I am also going to be using clen as well. I am very new to this and don't know which supplements I should stay on up until the show. I don't want to hold any extra water and don't want to look soft. Which supplements should I stay on up until the show and which supps. should I discontinue and when should I stop taking them?

Did your show already happen?
I don't really see a problem with any of these supps but for me, I stop any type of supps the Sunday before the week of the show but that is what works for me.
 
yohimbine MAY make you hold excess water....i have to drop mine about a month out. ephedrine, being vaso-constrictor is a good idea to stop a few days out too, you will be less vascular if you continue using it.

as far as the clen goes.....your 4 weeks out? when were you gonna use the clen?
 
You should have started the clen before your cardio, a couple months ago, its a 2week on 2week off thing. It will help but you would have gotten better results starting it earlier!
