alright ladies, my wife gave birth to my son 12 weeks ago and she joined the gym a little over a month ago. she's making great progress for somebody that had never lifted weights in her life, but she is looking for a little extra help in the fat burning process. she was reading one of her fitness mags and decided to make a run to our local nutrition store and pick up some CLA along with xenadrine. i know how she's supposed to use the xenadrine, but i don't know how to incorporate the CLA. any help you ladies could provide would be greatly appreciated!! maybe you could even give me some insight into your personal cutting preferences....

anything i have read on conjugated lineolic acid says you should take it about 30 minutes prior to doing cardio. this is supposed to be the most beneficial time to take it. does she have capsules? i would suggest 1000mgs.

i have used it, and really didn't see much of a difference either way....i won't waste my money on it again.

an ECA stack three times a day is what works best for me, im using a QFS product right now ONCE a day called YNCA (yohimbine, norephedrine, caffiene, ASA) along with my three stacks of ECA. yohimbine is an effective "cutter" for a woman as well, though i don't much care for the feeling i get on it (flu-like).
