My old lady just popped out my 3rd rugrat.
She's gained alot of weight since, lower body below looks very good but here upper body needs just a little more work, shes getting depressed and unmotivated to excersize(sp).
Ineed to know if any of you bros know a kick ass weight looser.
One problem she has (high blood pressure) and I know that alot of weight loss drugs increases bp.
any info or expierence would be appreciated.

Please dont mention roids she wont go for that.
Her health is very important to me so please, serious answers only,or throw some names of weight loss medicine, and I will research these brands myself.
Shes going on for 2 months top if that matters.

This will do better in the Female Fitness section, these ladys know allot about weight loss and womens overall health.

Its cool I thought that thier would be more male posters on the board overall.Realy all it comes down to is weight loss and blood pressure.I hope thier are those females posters your talking about...Or anyone.

What vitamins can she take to lower here blood pressure?

how long ago did she have the baby? is she breastfeeding? everything she takes goes right to the child's bloodstream, you have to be careful if she is still breast feeding.

if she has high BP, i would suggest getting to a GP. she should be on medications if it's a problem. no one can suggest (properly) over the internet what type of medication a person with high blood pressure should be taking. that's up to the doctor that is treating her for it, if it's not too high, dropping sodium back from her diet (in turn having her drop a bit of water) may help the problem, i have to be careful with salt intake on certain compounds as i retain water and my BP goes through the roof!

IMO, get the BP under control before you start giving her "this and that" to lose weight. a good diet and training plan will help her just as much.

i would have high BP with three kids too:eek:

QOD is right....If she has high BP she should get that checked out first...

BTW Nothing is going to replace hard work and diet. She needs to realize that before starting any kind of weight loss drug.
