something easy?

Im looking for something easy that I can leave at my desk at work and I can just eat...no heating or prep required. Im a graphic designer so I can eat and design at the same time, I just dont have time to run back and forth to the kitchen to nuke something every 2 hours.
 
thanks, I have some of those things around everynow and then. I was thinking more of a complete meal type thing though.
 
tuna salad,2 cans of drained tuna,few leaves of salad a bit of salt,lemon and oil....or just tuna with lemon is alright..
 
Make some of those meal replacement bars that are listed on this site. I tried a couple of those recipes and they came out great!
 
Hey, a brother designer! 'sup bro? I've done the protein shake thing like haverhillguy says (in fact I'm still doing it). If you want something more like a real meal, then the key is you have to spend the time making whatever you're going to eat whether it be a meal replacement bar or some kind of full meal. Make the commitment to spend a couple of hours or more preparing your meals and portioning them for the rest of the week and setting up your schedule of when you are going to eat them. A lot of the recipes here can be portioned this way, and they are great recipes. Good luck!
 
i'd say some cottage cheese and pita bread torn into small pieces (healthy replacement to salted crackers)
 
prepare meals the night beofre and bring them in to work with you in tuberware or in a lunchbox...
