I did a search here, but couldn't find any definitive info on making a solution of Phosphatidylcholine for spot injections. Someone said it wouldn't dissolve in water. Is a co-solvent necessary? I would expect that a preservative such as BA is needed.

Can you mix the PC with water using heat? Or is it necessary to keep it cold?

I've found pricing of the raw material at $91/25 grams.

Well, since I didn't get any replies, I went ahead and used my judgement.

Mixed 2.5 grams of Phosphatidylcholine, 1 ml of Xylocaine (1%), and 7 ml of bac water in a sterilized vial and capped it up. Took a lot of shaking to dissolve the PC, but it eventually went into solution. It is milky white. Did not use heat.

Tried spot injections using a 30 ga., 5/16" insulin syringe. .2 ml per injection. Ten injections per area for the side lower back for a woman. 5 injections per side for my upper abs. Also used a topical licocaine cream prior to injections. A minor amount of swelling was noticed a few hours later. No pain either during or after the injections.

I took skin fold and circumference measurements before so I can see if it works. Will do weekly injections for 5 weeks and will post results.

congrats on a successsful product bro. sorry i never saw your thread, but it looks like you figured it out.lol
