what does L-GLUTAMINE do?? is like amino?? any suggestion on what suppliment should i take?? actually ive been workin out for the past 6 mos. and there's still no change in by body exept i gained 10 lbs.. please guys i need help here... thanks in advance!!:eek:
 
glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body, some people say that by supplementing it they feel that they recover faster from a work out and other say its just a waste of money.
 
I think it works wonders wether on cycle or not, you need the extra Amino's and L-Glutamine is the most important... that and lots and lots of Protein
