Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself to the MuscleChemistry community. I've done a lot of searching on this site and figured, damn't it's time to join! Although, I don't have a high post count I have alot of background in bodybuilding so I hope to be able to help some people out with my stay here. And, I'm sure you guys will lend me some help too!

Thought I would borrow this thread to intro myself rather than start another. I am "Old School" and have a lot of 70's and 80's info on strength building. More into the power-speed rather than aesthetics.
