hey guys, i am wanting to know as much as possible about the use of AAS and all the different types and info. im pretty much just wanting to expand my knowledge on subjects that interest me into the bodybuilding world. so anything from A.S. to anything bodybuilding related.

im looking for some good books, vids and anything that is a usefull source of information. im not planning on starting them any time soon, as im only 19, but trying to learn as much as possible, so when i do start it in far future, i know im doing it right. any help is greatly appreciated.

Anorld's bodybuiling encyclopedia was a good read.....nothing about gear but alot about training routines diet and contest prep and posing.

i really like the arnold's encyclopedia too, that's how i learned about the mind-muscle connection. if you have a local bookstore like Borders, you can go in there and just sit and read about everything.
