I 'd like to know if any of you guys can help me understand which oil is best for filtering? by that I mean easier or thinner, Cottonseed, Sawflower or Sesame Oil? Also which of these is the most versatile as far as being used for most hormone conversions.
Thanks in Advance

i like cottonseed and sesame, but i've never used sawflower. in all honesty, they all work fine. i don't think you'd notice a difference between the three.

Grapeseed or cottonseed are thinner, flow much easier. Seseame is thicker and requires more time and pressure when filtering by hand.

OIL ??

this may be a little off base as far as your question goes but i've noticed that a few conversion kit suppliers are selling their kits with peanut oil.... alot of people are VERY allergic to peanut products, some so bad that you cant open a peanut butter jar in the house if they are present.. this may not seem like a big deal to most people but could you imagine being allergic then getting some tren from say a "buddy" and then unknowingly shoot 100% peanut oil into your body??? i wonder if their is any way to test your gears oil?? a test strip maybe???

the only reason i bring this up is that when my son was just starting to walk i gave him a pea sized bite of some peanut butter pie, i mean a VERY small bite!!! within about 3 minutes his entire body swelled , even his eyeballs !!! anyway this scared the shit out of me, called 911, ambulance came, gave him a shot and he was OK, thank God !!!! for the next year we lived on pins and needles making sure that he was never in contact with anything peanut, this means no fastfood because all they cook in is peanut oil.... after over a year of this his pediatrician cleared hiim of the allergic reaction, some kids just grow out of it?? some kids dont, and it becomes a lifelong hinderance !!!

sorry to ramble on, just thought that i would bring up the fact that if youre allergic to peanuts be careful who you get your home-brew from because kit suppliers are shipping kits with peanut oil... i would suggest that if youre allergic find a kit supplier that doesnt use peanut products and do your own eperimenting !!!!

Excellent point! My son is also highly allergic to nuts - carries an Epipen everywhere just in case. A shot of gear with peanut oil would kill him. I imagine it's only a matter of time before some one dies from a gear injection with peanut oil.

I agree, grapeseed oil rocks!

My gf has a phd in chemistry, and while she is fairly amused at my crude labratory, she told me that she is happy to see me using grapeseed oil because it actually has antiseptic qualities which greatly reduce the chance of infection.

I'm all for that......
