Autoclave?

Guys I 've been thinking about buying a cheap autoclave from Ebay the ones that are used for tatto parlors or dental equipment. Now, I've used my oven before and never had problems, my questions is What difference will it make using an autoclave instead of the oven? The oven seems to work just fine at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, Is it that the autoclave takes less time?

One's wet , one's dry.. The autoclave indeed takes less time to sterilize.
