which is the best way to sterilize unsealed vials?

Good question bro. I did, but ususally when I start a thread I ask the same question around on the many different boards I frequent, like for example the thread on how to convert formastane into an injectable...that thread is on Anabolicminds, anaboli-source,BB4L, VipBoard, CME etc...I get different opinions then along with my own research I make my resolutions.
I have a method but I am always open to suggestions and criticism, I have a feeling mine could be a little risky.

Once I have my mix ready I filter(with whatman) onto open vials, then plug(stopper) and cap. Lastly I put the vials already capped in the oven for 45 minutes at 250 degrees. See I do not sterilized vials I just pour oil into them actually filter it into them. A good bro advice me to sterilized vials with methyl alcohol and dry them up in the microwave for 1 minute and a half on high.
I tried both methods and so far no problems.
Just wanted to know how you guys do yours.

no bro. but there are a lot of people that are new to this and have a bunch of questions. sometimes i don't have the answer and i have to search for it. it just seems pointless that i looked around for a conversion for you even though you already had one. it would have been nice if you'd have posted yours and we could have talked about it, and maybe figured something else out(if you really intended to find another way), instead of me wasting my time with bullshit like that. sorry if that came off harsh, that's not really how i intended it to, just annoyed.Carlito said:

Well, as far as the formastane conversion I found this:
5 grams of formastane
1ml BA
15.25ml Sesame Oil
At another board we concluded this will not work, therefor my search still on, I do know that the molecular weight of formastane is important, we also thought MCT oil, someone tried Peg400 and nothing.

I made a suspension of 3 grams of formestane in 4 ml of dmso and it works. Burns like a son of a bitch..but it works.

I say buy sterile vials they are not that expensive.
do this
buy unsealed vials make your powders up in them and syringe filter into a sterile clean vial with a sterile clean syringe and filter.

Instead of me buying all this crap down here in Baja where I live, I should try to make my own goodies. Then i could throw this pond water (Mexican Gear) away
I use this method too. Never have problem, but i will buy a Autoclave.
1- wash with soap.....blablabla....
2 - pass in IPA(Isopropil alcohol 90@)
3 - microwave 5-7 min.
