It's time again to buy the 7.5 tub of isopure...

2 Questions -

1 is this good stuff or should I be taking something else (I'm downing 1 shake after early morning workout and then another between lunch and dinner - on a fatloss goal right now)

2 Do you guys buy stuff local or are prices on the web better even with shipping?? I noticed even ebay has a ton of deals

Iron Brother I use Bodybuilding.com and they have great Prices!! Plus you get a free T-shirt or squirt bottle...

Great info there too, in case you want to research a supplement b/f you purchase it. I highly recommend the site...

In all honesty i like www.trueprotein.com great prices and Quality is top notch.They have Carbs,Fats,and Proteins for sale.I just ordered 7 Lbs of Ion Exchange Whey in Chocolate with Aminogem added to it.I get mine Unsweetened.Check em out ive ordered from them for the last 3-4 months.Ive also had great results with bodybuilding.com.Try www.muscledepot.com for i think $58.00 7 Pound Tubs of 0 Carb Isopure.

I just last week got my order trueprotein.com.I got chocolate unsweetened Ion Exch with Aminogen.The BOMB.Not too sweet.My wife even likes it and she hates all protein powders.

I only buy my stuff from local stores but some of my friends get their stuff off ebay from distributors for hella cheap
