mikeswift said:you could go with either option bro depends on what you're running, for how long and what your goals are. I've run IGF with and without a cycle, I've run it at the begining of a cycle and then at the end for PCT. I've always gotten great results with it.
I think it has to be introduced as close to the muscle you're working as possible. I never shot tri's but if I worked them I would shoot Biceps and I believe it would migrate to where it was needed most at the time. I did notice quite a bit of localized growth and my delts stay striated even when I'm not lean now.bigbaldbulldog said:Hey Mike, How much localized growth did you see? I always did just shoulder shots figuring it was close enough to biceps, triceps, side-mid-rear delts, and upper pecs.. But do you think it has to introduced directly into that muscle group?
iron05 said:Hey swift...i noticed ure post about running igf both ways and for PCT...is that typically how you do run it? IGF alone and then IGF with anabolics then alone than with anabolics, etc.? Then do you cut off the IGF at a certain time, finish with the juice and then start IGF again for PCT?
Thanks bro.

Now this is a great thread for sharing info.. one of the best I have seen in a while.mikeswift said:I don't stay on it for more than 5 weeks at a time to give my body a chance to clear out and then I take the equivalent amount of time off but usually more. The last time I ran it the first 4 weeks of a 12 week cycle and then for 4 weeks post cycle. So I had an 8 week break from it in between but still got the benefits of running it with AAS and the benefit of PCT from it all in one cycle
