Is this true? Unlike steroids where you lose your size over a period of time, Igf-1 is supposed to give permanent results right? Can anyone add to this?

the increase in muscle cells from IGF-1 should be perminant but the size of the muscle will not be perminant.

Long term results are in fact permanent. Due to igf's ability to increase satellite cell numbers you body will retain more size permanently, however, only after the new satellite cells have matured and grown. Therefore, in the beginning there won't seem to be permanent growth till the new cells have matured, however even when you don't supplement or train eventually you new set point will be heavier than before and it will be permanent.

To answer your main question: Yes, the gains are permanent. The general opinion is to run IGF with some kind of anabolic than just IGF alone because of greater results. Running testosterone or some other anabolic will mature the cells to some degree but not immediately and not fully. You still need everything you do normally for training, diet, rest, etc.

you could go with either option bro depends on what you're running, for how long and what your goals are. I've run IGF with and without a cycle, I've run it at the begining of a cycle and then at the end for PCT. I've always gotten great results with it.

My goals are: as big and ripped asap! :D (without fucking up my health way to much)
I can get almost any gear at descent prices :)
What would you recommend?

Also, have you at MC ever shipped to Sweden? Please tell me you experiences. Whats the shipping fee? Will you resend if seizure?

Thanks!
Best regards from me!

My gains have been permanent since ive tried it a year ago............Even though through the last year ive been on and off of training I am very satisfied.

Teh gaisn you make from IGF are double edged... you have to wait to see what you did further on down the road... In short You have to put your time in long after and continuously to yeild the kind of visual appearance you want to see..

IGF is well worth it..

BBB is right, I used IGF extensively in my delts last year and noticed overall muscle gain(slight) and some fat loss. A full year later and I've missed a lot of training over the year but my delts look bigger and better all the time which I know is because of the IGF use.

MikeS and Saudades what kind of dose did you guy use? I found that 50cmg worked nicely for 2 weeks then 70 the last week can work well for most but i prefer to keep it at 50mcgs for 20-25 days..

I've tried several different doses, I got better results using upwards of 40mcg a day. I think the best for me was using it on delts and using 60mcg a day, 30 before training and 30 after. I also used it to drop some weight and get my legs into running shape and I used it in my quads at 80mcg a day and I went as high as 100mcg. Since then I've stuck to using no more than 50-60 a day and usually use it in my bi's and pecs now.

Hey Mike, How much localized growth did you see? I always did just shoulder shots figuring it was close enough to biceps, triceps, side-mid-rear delts, and upper pecs.. But do you think it has to introduced directly into that muscle group?

Hey swift...i noticed ure post about running igf both ways and for PCT...is that typically how you do run it? IGF alone and then IGF with anabolics then alone than with anabolics, etc.? Then do you cut off the IGF at a certain time, finish with the juice and then start IGF again for PCT?
Thanks bro.

I think it has to be introduced as close to the muscle you're working as possible. I never shot tri's but if I worked them I would shoot Biceps and I believe it would migrate to where it was needed most at the time. I did notice quite a bit of localized growth and my delts stay striated even when I'm not lean now.

I don't stay on it for more than 5 weeks at a time to give my body a chance to clear out and then I take the equivalent amount of time off but usually more. The last time I ran it the first 4 weeks of a 12 week cycle and then for 4 weeks post cycle. So I had an 8 week break from it in between but still got the benefits of running it with AAS and the benefit of PCT from it all in one cycle

Now this is a great thread for sharing info.. one of the best I have seen in a while.

I always did my cycle of IGF after 4 weeks to be sure that all my AAS was in full and high gear in my system... ran it, like you, 4 weeks on then again after my AAS cycle... only thing I did differently was I waited 2 weeks after my last AAS shot then started IGF..

But it is all small differences in what we do but we all do the samne basic thought and approach...
