Hi, i wanted some help on losing some weight! right now i weigh 205lbs and wanted to drop about 15lbs. I work out on cardio for about 30min 3 times a week, and play basketball for 1 and a half hours 3 times a week, so i think i got the workout down... but i dont know how to eat as far a losing weight food! i have no idea what to eat for breakfast ,lunch or dinner! if you guys can give some meals you use to drop some weight i would apreciate the help!
