setting up an e-mail

I am trying to set up a secured e-mail address with cyber-rights. I was reading on the other board that it was free and I can't figure out how to set it up. It is asking me for a credit card number. do any of you guys know what Im doing wrong.

I use hushmail com. I had know problem setting up an acount with them, its very easy. give hushmail a try.
