I hate bad business and shit heads that do bad business. I go to place order for my muti-v' and minerals and some other sups and I get a notice in my email same day saying the company shipped out my items and to give it to 7-10 days and 10 days comes up so I call them up and they give me the some b.s. excuses such as "let me call you back” and of course I get no call backs…So I call them back and they tell me next oh are UPS computers are down………….. Ok next they tell me they are going to call me back with tracking but now UPS is down……… Then I drop some emails to see what happens and of course more b.s. I get an email stating that they were out of my items so they are shipping today and of course they give me no tracking or info……. So that’s it Im PISSED THE F*CK off!! So I call them seeing if it was shipped and why didn’t they let me know that I was going to wait two weeks before I even paid for my shipping and items….. Then I tell them well look I need my shit sooner so express it then they tell me well we don’t send express and fastest way to go is priority but what’s funny on the site they offer express UPS…………………… They wont even send my shit priority or express for free they want to charge me extra for that……..NOW WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS>???? THEY DON’T LET ME KNOW, THEY LET ME WAIT AND ON TOP THEY DIDN’T EVEN SHIP AND STILL HAVENT GIVEN ME MY TACKING OR ANY CONFIRMATION EMAILS….. Then I Tell the lady look give me my money back asap I am done with your bull shit…. “Sorry sir but ummmm it might have already been shipped so I cant give you money back right now”, now im like WTF you told me it was shipped but now it wasn’t shipped or you don’t know if you can give me money back???? THEN THE BITCH decides to get PISSY WITH ME????? Then I told her if you credit money back I want that shit Emailed to me showing that it has been sent back etc…….. That if the shit was not taken care of in next 24hr ill go head call AMEX let them know get my money back then get my lawyer to write them a nice lover letter. The business I like is the business MC store does, Presser gets stuff taken care of and makes sure to take care of the customer and if an error happens he gets on top of it to show us that he cares about his customers…..Lol just start carrying a full line of sups and ill stick with MC for all of my needs!!! Felt good to get this off because im about to go choke the shit out of someone if I don’t calm down.
