Site problems?

What's going on with the site? It was down for some time this morning and then I would get in and then lose the site again. This happened many times today.

I've been having problems too. Talked to the MMX'er about it this morning, but haven't heard anything else.

I still don't know but I am having db problems accessing threads...BS, so glad to see you here... BS is an old school vet. been around... very knowledgable.

I have only been able to look at a few threads today. I keep getting this error:

"Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections in /home/merit5/public_html/board1/upload/admin/db_mysql.php on line 40"

on tuesday i couldn't get on the site at all. a screen kept popping up saying that "the requested URL could not be found"
