Welcome to MC- what is your body type?
Just by looking at what you wrote, I would suggest a few things:
I would consider begin lowering the daily cals. I like the macro profile, however I would defintely begin to wean out dairy, bread, grains, rice potatoes. Use sweet potatoes and some brown rice as carb sources, but I would not eat them past meal 3 or 4 depending on the time of day. Egg whites is a good switch instead of eggs- the whole key to cooking while dieting is using spices and things like hot sauces to season. Use vegetables the rest of the sources of carbs. It is also important to drink at least 2 gallons of water during the day. I also like green tea throughout the day as it works as a mild diuretic.
I would also increase cardio to at least 5 times a week working up to at least 30 minutes to 45-50 minutes per session. I am not mentioning any thermogenics because I think diet and cardio are the main drivers here. For me, I like to do cardio on an empty stomach - works best .

Thanks for the reply,
I am kind of an endo/meso but dont gain muscle that easily. The dairy and bread is just about completely out of my diet. I like to spice up everything and love hot food so spicing is not a problem. My cardio on non lifting days is about 40 MInutes, should i up it, the only reason i havn't is because i was scared of loosing muscle (which i do easily it seems). Do you think i should up the cardio on lifting days too?
Ontraining days meal 4 is at 11:30 A.M.
On non-training days meal 3 is at 11:30 A.M.
