What else does everyone use on top with gear?

I think it would help alot to know the basic stuff that are needed for body when on gear, like for example, I take multi-vitamins and minerals, EFA's Like fish oil and flax seed supplements..But the question i have is does any one use Glutamine with gear caz i know for a fact it helps with recovery and muscle repair.. So would that be a priority to use with gear or not? I think it would help alot of people too that doesn't seem to know the benefits of other supplements when on gear or not?...thanks bro's
 
I drink three to four protien shakes per day and in each one of those I put 10g of glutamine. Its the most powerful amino acid and I feel it serves its purpose on or off cycle.
