A lil guidance needed...

Newbie here....

I have started my ECA stack and I must say GREAT Energy. I have a few details I have not worked out yet and Im hoping I can get some advise here. I have worked up to 3xs a day (25-E, 200 C, and 325 a/ or 81-A at times. Im a bit confused on whether taking it 30 minutes before food or 30 min before a workout. I work out mis afternoon, would 7 am/ 12 pm, and 3 pm be ok or can I have a bigger time gap as long as i keep it before 6 pm?

I'm not sure about eca stacks bro, I dont mess with it because of anxiety problems. But I'm sure one of our reps could help out on this so I'll keep it alive and bump it back to the top.
 
try to shoot for every 4 hours the ECA stack will last about that long this is how I run mine

8am
12pm
4pm
if you workout later in the day than this so not add in another ECA try just a redbull or energy-tech drink
 
Caffeine's halflife is around 4-6 hours while ephedrine is longer.

Eat it on an empty stomach. And don't take 3 doses, take 2 heavier doses earlier in the morning so the stimulants don't affect your sleeping patterns.
 
I find it a bit harsh on an empty stomach. In the morning I have no problem but with the other doses, I lose my my appetite completely.
Does taking it on a completly empty stomach affect the results that greatly?
 
I believe that taking it on an empty stomach allows it to enter your system much faster...

Have you tried drinking a lot of water with your E+C? Like I'm talking ~1 litre.
 
It hits your system harder and faster.
And because it will act on you with little sugars/fats in your system, I would surmise there will be greater fat burning effects than with food....
 
Ephedra is harsh to the stomach especially empty causes a lot of acid so i have been informed (no articles to back this) by doctors comment...not sure if scare tactic though,..but i did have surgery related to stomach acid leaking to smaller intestines about two years later after he told me...seriously..could be true could just be coincidence.

Take some bread...something...take with milk to coat stomach...

No i am serious. The doc said that taking Epherda on empty stomach eats at the lining and can cause some leakage into the intestines which can eat at the lining there too. Which causes bleeding.

Think about it that is why they tell you not to take too much tylenol on an empty stomach...it has epherda in it....whether he is right or not i am not sure but i ate mini thins, stackers, and ripped fuel like crazy in college....next thing i know i had surgery because i had small tear in my intestines....from acid eating at the wall...??? made sense to me later..

Glad to hear you could be fixed.

Does it even make a difference for the fat burning effect of it ,whether or not you take it on an empty stomach?
 
No i do not think so...you look back to the brother who started this craze...ECA was used long before anything else....they took it 30 minutes before the gym but they always had food in their stomach even while working out....

I took minni thins (4) before a match in HS i hyper ventilated and passed out....don't do that LOL

Yes their fat burning can help..but they raise BP (blood pressure) for us guys that take other items that also raise BP it is a mixture for damage....watch what you mix with it.

I would recommend Ventilean....it works great and targets the fat with a thermal genic there are some others out there if you dig and research....they will give better results for the effort too.

LOL... dang, 4 tabs at a time?! U must be krazeeee.
I don't mix it with anything except the C & A involved in the stack, a multivitamin, and some Flax.
