want to be strong-fit-tone... advice

Hi- I am 5'5" and 115 lbs on a good day- mother of two. I want to become a paramedic/firefighter and like the Idea of body buildinng. I vary my w.o. from week to week. I do some cardio every morning and the wk.1 I alternate free weights one day (10 to 15 reps), mixed cardio the next. Wk.2 I do machine lifting (6 to 8 reps) and cardio alternating and wk.3 I do a 3 day split (6 to 10 reps), working different groups every day. I take 1 to 2 days off every week for recovery. How does that sound?

As for nutrition, I eat lean. High fiber carbs in the morning and afternoon, lots of fruits and veggies, protien wherever I can fit it in (5 to 7 times a day), natural oils/fats from nuts and heavy veggies and High Protien bars and shakes. I take in very little simple carbs unless they are naturally occuring... what now? I'm curious about good products and suppliments for women who want to bulk SOME. I don't want to be huge, just capable- and I cant do it at 115 ya know. 125+ sounds good, but if it feels right, I'll keep going. Any advice?
