need help with lab result

Can anyone determine what this means exactly.It was a lab test for test enanthate.It was to determine the quality of the sample by MS.This was what was sent to me by email.

"Sample gave a very strong m/e = 401 (probably M++H, MW=400). Nothing really
at all at 288 (in +ve mode) or 130 (in -ve mode).

i'd appreciate some input on this.

the only thing i would guess is that "MW" is the molecular weight, which is about right. other than that i don't know
