I think upperbody look good- defintely flare the lats when posing for pics and I think abs will be there as well when BF goes down ... I would like to see more quad development- outer sweep ( that is what I can get from the pics)and you already know arms need more as well. I like incorporating posing as part of cardio because it can be quite a draining experience- for me I sweat like a pig! Good to see you are testing diet plans right now- its always better to test before you actually start so you know what to expect and how to make changes. I think you should probably do the same for your color and any diuretics, etc you plan to use. Good luck. I can tell you the hardest thing in prepping for a show is holding on to your mass. It is defintely hit and miss, and sometime you look great butosing too much will expose your weak parts even more. Just be committed and do your best.....
