What is the best tasting protein shake and bar?

Tri plex - peanut butter and bananna for a bar and opt. nutrition-strawberry drink

I like Optimum (commercial brand) and Triplex Apple bars.

okay i totally disagree with the tilla post...those are the worst flavors i have ever tasted..LOL JMO

I sell supplements and the best so far for me and ordering people is muscle milk cookies and cream and the peanut butter chocolate one....BY FAR.

BUT Tri plex is the best bar out there i think for taste and a lot of nutrition.
