yall gotta read this!

I am now 31 yoa, 6'2", 250. 6 months ago I was 290, mostly fat, but I always worked out and made an effort to loose weight. I did a small bit of test at one point (knowing nothing) and was impressed. I had tried everything and could not keep fat off while gaining muscle. So after much research and deciding what would be best for me long term I devised the following: Meals are common sence. Low fat, high protein, mid carbs(low in the evening). I raised my fiber intake and get all of my protein via food not shakes. Workouts are very simple. Monday is chest, push ups sets of 20 as many as I can do. Tue is treadmill 45min/ calfs/ situps (sets of 20) Wed is shoulders, several differnt dumbell exercises, sets of 8,12,10,8,6, burn out several times. Thur, repeat Tue, Fri arms. I'll change it up every now and then adding chest on Thur etc. Weekends are treadmill, calves, and stomach. All exercises have focuse on negitive movement and correct form. I only own a set of dumbells with weights and dont care for the gym. I relize a lot of you guys may think my workout isent up to par, but I've lost 3" on my waist and added a noticeable amount of muscle. Almost forgot. I went to the doc and got some synthroin T4(converts to T3) and some 5mg androderm patches. I know WEAK, but for $10.00 a month and a doc managed program I couldent go wrong. I take the old patches, put them on my calfs and wrap em up. I get 5 patches per calf and 4 on my legs. I was amazed in 2 months the weight started flying off and the muscle on. Now aint that some shit. Comments please

i think as long as you're doing SOMETHING, things will happen for you. the gains/losses don't come overnight like everyone wants, so they get discouraged and give up before giving it an honest try. losing 40lbs in 6 months while gaining muscle is awesome, keep it up.

Ya, while I was reading your post... I was thinking why my 300 lb, non showing, training partner dosent have your desire..

The weight is really comming off now. I see my ribs!. I have a stomach, and look theres my d**k, havent seen that in a while!. I gotta say to anyone out there wanting to loose a larger amount of fat, this is the way to do it. I considered useing DNP and doing a large cycle of gear. Both would have been very risky at my then current conditioning. By reading past posts (and not posting dumb sh*t to bother people with) I was able to figure out this simple cheep program that has surpassed all expectations. I'm really going to see what it's like to live life looking a bit more in shape than the regular joe. I could have had gastric bypass, but this is working faster. And I think, generally, that a good portion of people that have gastric bypass are weak, lazy, and want something for nothing(not all). I mean really, we want women to love us and men to fear us. After 31 years I get a new life. Of course now Im married w/ kids!!. If anyone needs to lose a good amount of fat, feel free to email me I'd be more than happy to share my experience. Also I'd like thank Muscle Chemistry. I learned everything I know from reading past posts. They've giving me my health and an extra 10 years to spend with my family. Cant thank you enough.

I tried on a pair of 34" jeans today. They were tight, but they fit. 2 weeks and they'll fit good. Havent worn 34's sence the 9th grade. And thanks to all of the members support I've been getting. Seems like my wife is a bit down and not very supportive of my rapid weight loss. I do understand,(shes never had this kind of success) but she should overcome, jump on the band wagon, and get her ass in gear. I will not feel bad about something I've worked so hard for, and now that I'm getting it, the one person I want to share it with wont get on the tread mill for more than a week. I want to go to the caribian and walk on the beach with no shirt on and feel good about myself or at lease not bad. Its brutally ironic.

Hey bro, I think you have done damn good. I am very proud of you and no one should take that away from you. As far as your wife, I would hope she will be your support- you need that. My ex-wife was the same way- no support with bodybuilding, but as long as I know that I have it in me to go on I will. Keep at it buddy...
